Chapter I: Name, legal nature, location, duration and heritage.

Art 1. Association NORMALISTI VOLUNTEERING is a nongovernmental, private legal person, non-profit, based on promoting civic values, democracy and rule of law, European citizenship, multiculturalism and multilingualism, established and operating in accordance with Ordinance No. 26, from January 30, 2000, published in Official Gazette No. 39, on January 31, 2000.

Article 2. Article 4. The duration of the association is undetermined, as from its registration in special register of the Court Iasi. Chapter II. Profile activity

Art 5. Areas of activity include: • promoting education and initial training and continuous quality inclusive education institutions; • promoting entrepreneurial culture and improving quality of work; • developing a modern labor market, flexible and inclusive; • promote the long-term (re - ) insertion in the labor market of inactive people, including unemployed youth and rural areas; • development of social services and improving public employment services; • access to education and labor market of vulnerable groups. • training and education, training • family and parent education; • environmental protection activities and environmental • Community development and partnership spirit,

Chapter III: Purpose, objectives and duration of the association.
Article 6. Goal is: • to contribute to the development of Romanian education, through carrying out projects proposed by the EU, World Bank or the Government of Romania; • training and educating people out of the school system by conducting education projects throughout the life, • strengthening decentralization and increasing school autonomy by strengthening institutional capacities and the gradual delegation of local decision; • strengthening normalist spirit, the specializations school and all youth structures in the Normal School "Vasile Lupu" Iasi without legal personality (student council, choirs, circles, leisure clubs, theater groups for students, teachers associations, the committee of parents); • Encourage use of ICT and multimedia technologies in education, • Encouraging volunteering as a form of education and training of youth.

Article 7. General objectives of the association: The Association aims to support the major problems existing in the education system in Romania, improve student access to quality education by increasing autonomy and capacity development and project management at the school.

Art 8. Specific objectives of the association: a) improve the quality of teaching, b) internal efficiency gains reflected in higher rates of school graduation and transition from one educational cycle to another, c) strengthen the partnership school - community and improve relations with other schools, including establishing relationships with schools abroad. d) creating internal dynamics of the school, including the facilitation of horizontal and vertical communication between stakeholders (school principals, teachers, students, inspectors) and the community which include: parents local authorities, businesses, NGOs, etc.. e) increase local capacity to manage schools, f) increased ability to develop and manage projects

Article 9. Possible activities of the association: a) training teachers and trainers in democratic citizenship and providing opportunities for career development of teachers and ancillary staff by equipping with teaching materials, ICT resources, school books, equipment (for educational workshops), achieving access to virtual libraries, news sources, chat, consulting, online training, b) ensure the conditions necessary for the educational process for reducing drop-out rates and creating a quality education by achieving the cultural dimension of education, multilingualism as a means of cultural expression, one of the inviolable principles of European integration, part of the diversity and cultural richness of Europe, c) support the improvement of the teaching-learning through extracurricular activities (visits to documentation, tours, exhibitions, theatrical band) d) decentralization and increasing autonomy of the educational system, to the units / institutions of education, e) increase institutional capacity for developing and managing projects, improving development policies by the authorities / agencies and local education office;

Art 10. - The initial patrimony of the association shall constitute the amount of RON 500 RON filed initially by its members. Article 11. - Revenues from the association: a) membership fees, b) interest and dividends arising from the investment of amounts available, disclaimers, c) dividends companies incorporated by the association, d) income from direct economic activities, e) donations and sponsorships; f) resources obtained from the state budget and / or local budgets; g) other revenue provided by law.

Art 12. - The Association may set up companies. The dividends obtained by the association of the activities of such companies, if not reinvested in the same companies, are used to achieve the required goal of the association.

Art 13. - The association may take place any direct economic activities, if they were ancillary and are closely related with the main purpose of the legal person.

Chapter V: Art Association Members 14. - Members of the association may be natural and legal persons carrying out their work in education, or are specialists in the economic and multimedia technologies (culture, education, advertising, arts, etc..) And an interest in these approaches.

Article 15. - Membership of the association be obtained by addressing an application for accession to the board of directors and its acceptance by it. Art 18. The association has three categories of membership: • The founding members - the number two; • honorary members; • members.

Chapter V. Categories of economic resources

Art.23. Economic resources or constituted by the contribution of the two founding members by covering the amount equivalent to three minimum wage.

Art.24. Revenue association will be obtained from: • membership fees, paid under the General Assembly decisions; • donations and sponsorships; • funding for projects promoted by the association or partnership; • resources obtained from the state budget and / or local budgets; • other revenue provided by law.

Article 25. Revenue association will be used to achieve objectives and to cover the operating costs of the association. Chapter VI. Powers of management, administration and control of the association

Art 26. - General Assembly General Assembly, consisting of all members of the association, is its supreme governing body. For this purpose the General Assembly has the following duties: • approve and amend the statutes of the association; • choose and dismiss members of the board of directors and audit committee; • approve the annual report of the association's board of directors, balance sheet and income and expense budget; • decides establishment or dissolution of subsidiaries; • decides to amend articles of association and status; • approve the exclusion of the association; • decides dissolution and liquidation of the association, and setting the destination property remaining after liquidation; • take any other decision, which the statutes of competence only the general meeting.
Each member association has one vote at general meetings. The right to vote is exercised directly or through written mandate. The General Assembly is convened at least once a year at the request of Board, in ordinary session and whenever necessary, special meeting. Art 31. Board members meet in various capacities from association projects, being responsible to the President. Art 33. - Association may dissolve: a) legal, b) by the decision of the court or tribunal, as applicable, c) the decision of the General Meeting.

Art 35. - Association may dissolve and by the decision of the General Meeting. Art 36. In case of dissolution of the association, heritage destination is determined by the decision of dissolution and liquidation. These assets can be transferred to private legal persons or the public with the same or similar purpose.
